GENERAL HOME INSPECTION

Starting with the exterior of your home we will evaluate: the roof and flashing condition, the home's rain gutter system and drainage grading as they are an important part of the homes health, exterior elements, foundations, walls and utility connections, garage door mechanism, and any fire or other safety issues that you will want to be aware of.

All of the home's operating systems will be investigated and tested including: plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, water heaters, laundry, home appliances, smoke detectors and GFCI outlets.
VISUAL EXAMINATION OF COMPONENTS

The interior of the home will be completely inspected, including walls, floors, ceilings, windows and interior doors. The homes attic and crawlspaces will be examined and documented, these two areas can be the most telling aspect of a home.

At no additional cost we will also inspect the interior of the home using FliR (forward-looking infrared technology) to scan and identify defects and deficiencies such as concealed leaks, missing insulation, over heated electrical and sub standard construction.
